What's a modification?

How can I remove an officer from my corporation?

What if I change my dealership location?

At minimum, Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) requires all dealers to obtain 1.) a bond or irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of $25,000 and basic garage liability coverage in the amount of $30,000 liability and $10,000 in personal injury protection (PIP).

Is there a difference between a corporation update and a license modification?

Changes to a dealer license are typically a two-part process—one refers to the corporation which is updated by the Division of Corporations and the other refers the actual dealer license which is revised with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

When does my bond have to be renewed?

Dealer licenses for Independent and Wholesale Dealers (VI & VW) are renewed yearly on April 30th.
