Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny The concept of writing a film review for the Tenacious D movie may seem slightly unnecessary, as just about anyone upon hearing about the film most likely already had a sense of whether or not it would interest them. The rock duo now named Tenacious D set out on a quest to achieve musical immortality by stealing the mythical guitar pick said to instill its owner with unprecedented musical prowess. The opening scenes are particuarly funny and perhaps the ending could have been slightly more epic, but I feel if you're a fan of Tenacious D or like films like Roadie, School of Rock or Waynes World then you should love Tenacious D and the Pick of Destiny.
