Keep in mind that Mortal Strike dealt considerably more damage (200%) in very early builds instead of 100% + 85 flat value. Increases the damage of your Mortal Strike and Bloodthirst abilities by 5%. You could try it, but I think you'd find it less than either of the main 2 leveling specs. You can only have 1 of your own stings on the target though.
